I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. "My experience with Carl Zatsick has been nothing but positive. Communication is key with any project, and not every project goes smooth. Overall the process was very smooth from initial walk though and estimate to the final building inspection. We had some minor bumps but Carl's kept me in the process and relayed over any issues or concerns. Carl and his son were professional while on site, and kept the area clean after each day. In the end we got the deck we wanted and couldn't be happier. Before getting estimates, I pre-filtered the companies I wanted to deal with, based off of reviews and craftsmanship. When getting estimates for this project, Carl supplied me a with materials vs labor cost so i knew exactly where my money was going. I didn't get that with other estimates from the other companies, just a total cost. His estimate also came in a little lower than most of the other estimates, not by much, but enough to swing my decision."

"Thomas Robert Construction is very responsive.  Tom is professional, personable and he made sure everything was done correctly, coming back twice to make sure that the garage door rails were attached properly to the garage ceiling.  His people are also good workers, punctual, neat, hard workers and know what they are doing.  They clean up after themselves so that you wouldn't know they had been there.  His prices are competitive and worth every penny.  I would definitely recommend him and his people to anyone. <br />"
