"Extreme Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish. I reached out to this company to get a quote for the repair / replacement of my mother roof. Shortly after reaching out I received a call back from Jacob who is a real pleasure to work with. Jacob setup a convenient day and time for us to meet to take a look at the roof. Jacob being the professional he is took pictures of the shingles lifting, missing and moss growing in the valleys to share with me. After Jacob performed his roof inspection we sat down to discuss the process, materials and pricing for the job. Extreme Exteriors was able to come in approximately $300 less then comparable competitors. For insurance reasons I had a very aggressive schedule and required the roof installed ASAP - Jacob was able to coordinate with his crews along with pulling all the necessary permits needed to perform the job in the time frame I required it. This company does not mess around - the day after the shingles were delivered a crew showed up early at the house. Extreme Exteriors got the work completed in about 5 hours keeping the work area clean and they performed a Magnet sweep to pickup any stray nails. This company did a complete tear-off, installed GAF Snow Country Ridge Vent System, Front and Back Edge Vents, installed new drip edge and 6' of ice & water shield. They also install new flashing around the chimney. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. "I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. "Hamdan Quality Roofing was able to provide a great product at a very good price point. Other companies are potentially 1.5x or 2x the price. They can provide a good price because they are family owned/operated, they own a metal roll forming machine where other may not, and they make their own fittings (z-bar, ridge cap, w-valley channel, end caps, etc). It is very important to understand the differences in what you get with metal roofing products as there are so many variations and they are transparent about the different products. They can quote agricultural panels (exposed fastener panels), shingles, and standing seam (concealed fastener). I went with a 24-gauge metal standing seam (concealed fastener). They were able to put it right overtop of the first layer of shingles (with a synthetic barrier) which some other contractors may or may not quote it that way. They own their own metal roofing roll forming machine (Englert Machinery - model FP1101), they purchased large rolls of metal from CMG metals, and they had a metal bending machine in their trailer to bend their fittings (ridge cap, z-bar, w-valley flashings, drip edge, eave end cap, ect). The panels were made on site which was cool to watch. They installed S-5 Colorgard snow bars. Some hiccups with the permitting but it was approved by the township after the township dropped the ball on a couple things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a metal standing seam roof."
