"There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed.

"Castle Development completed a deck surface replacement and new fence installation. Kyle and crew were prompt, professional and provided good options for our space. Kyle added features to the deck design that improved the appearance and function of our deck, as well as paid attention to details, such as toppers for the fence posts. He was very accommodating and helpful, even when paperwork on our end changed the work schedule or when dealing with a difficult neighbor. Everyone on the crew worked hard and cleaned up the entire area after the job. The deck has been completed for approximately one month, with no concerns, but we received a follow up contact from Kyle to check on the job anyway. We have gotten many compliments on the look and quality of our fence and deck project. We highly recommend this company!"

"They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"Id like to take a minute to explain our experience with Regency Garages. When we first decided we wanted to build a garage, we met with several companies before contacting Regency. The experience with these companies was less than desirable. It felt like they wanted to build only a simple box style garage and really did a horrible job explaining the process and options.
