They used to be a good business. I paid a large amount to get a vinyl fence installed. It looks wonderful and is exactly what I wanted. It's less than 1 year old. I realized that, over the winter 4 of the fence post caps blew off and I could not find them. I called Rustic and asked what could be done. They said they did everything right and wanted me to pay for replacements and told me I could glue them down myself if I wanted. The company who makes the fence sent me the installation instructions which say the caps should be glued down during installation. I called and told Rustic about this and the guy hung up on me. They will not answer any further calls. The company who makes the fence cannot help since Rustic bought product thru a middleman. STAY AWAY from Rustic Wood. They once were a great comp"
