Michael pulled into our driveway at 9:15 AM in a company lettered truck wearing a Quick Response shirt and introduced himself. He explained the replacement process and about how long it would take for the new install. It was about an hour and a half and Michael was done with the new opener installation and he was starting the tune up of the door by tightening the garage door spring, lubricating all the rollers and adjusting the cables. Michael finished up by programing all the new remotes and keypads for us and also programmed our vehicles to open and close the door. Quick Response was a pleasure to work with from the first call to the office and speaking with Craig to Michael the tech and they did exactly what they said they would do! Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and detailed and before leaving he installed new light bulbs in the opener and made sure he didn't leave any greasy finger prints on the new opener.
