Although Angi did not assign a carpenter for this job and instead sent a company specializing in IT support, we are reasonably satisfied with their work. While the owner, Eduardo, apologized for not protecting my furniture during the project, the cleanup left much to be desired. The team left dust everywhere, which required hours of cleaning on my part. Additionally, when they dismantled my old entertainment center, they were unable to match my ceiling design, leaving two noticeable areas that will now require further expense to fix. The cleanup process could have been more thorough. I had to ask them to remove dust and paint from the cabinets, and Eduardo seemed irritated by my requests. While Carlos maintained professionalism, shaking my hand upon completion, Eduardo simply left without acknowledgment. While a handshake isn't mandatory, it does reflect good business etiquette. Overall, although the rebuild was satisfactory, I would not recommend this company for future services."
