"I was told to expect the plumber around 9 a.m. It was almost 10 when the plumber arrived. Everything needing to be done seemed to go fine, though it is difficult to believe that two shut-off valves and the installed access panel cost $114. The plumber was here for an hour and replaced the two shut-off valves after cutting a hole in the wall for another access panel. It was a straight forward job that did not have any issues.

"We hired Joe to do a complete bathroom remodel based upon other Angie’s List reviews. Joe did a great job for us! He showed up every day, worked hard, communicated well when there were questions, allowed us to ask questions and worked with us when the bathroom vanity had to be returned and we had to choose another model. He accommodated a question about having more room under the bathroom sink and was in good spirits the entire time. We have plans to call Joe again based upon this experience. He was a pleasure to work with. Hard worker, great skills, kind and fair. Joe’s your man for plumbing and remodeling work!"

"Added a valve to the cold water line at the hotwater heater to send water to the fridge in the garage. New valve leaked after installation. Came back out next day, tightened it more, thought the leak stopped but it didn't. Came back out the next day, replaced the valve, no leak. Price for work done was extremely high, but chose this company because they were the only ones recommended by home advisor."

"They arrived within an hour. Repair was done quickly. Cost was reasonable."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"They were very good. They got the problem solved with my drain and did a great job with it."

"Very knowledgeable with drain lines. Came out and evaluated situation at hand. Came back and completed repairs on piping. Very respectful and courteous."

"Florida Leak Detectors’ Technician, Manny, actually arrived about an hour before the appointment time which was not a problem for me. I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."
