"AMN showed up on time and did the work -installed new clean out- (the old one was broken and full of roots) They put plastic down to protect the driveway and shoveled the dirt onto the plastic as the dug up the sewer line. When they were finished, the area was immaculate. You’d never know there had been a huge dirt pile. They even hosed down the driveway. This company is a contractor for the local natural gas company and is the only company in the immediate area who repairs gas water heaters. I contacted the office in the morning and the technician had the repairs completed by 2:15 that afternoon. Hope, the lady in the office who took my call, kept me informed as to the approximate time of the technicians arrival. Once she had a more exact time she called to inform me. Mark, the technician, arrived at virtually the exact time Hope quoted. Mark is very familiar with this type of repair and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Mark stayed for approximately 30 minutes more to make sure the heater was going to work properly. I was impressed with how quickly the repairs were made. Mark cleaned and checked the burner and pilot light area along with making the repairs. I would certainly use this company again should the need arise. "Our technician, David, arrived within a couple of hours of our call. He was very conscientious in searching for the leak. He spent around 1 1/2 hours searching, making sure he got the correct spot. He used several instruments and methods in his search. When he was sure he found the spot, he assured us that the leak was within a foot of the spot he marked. He said when the plumber came and if he couldn't find the leak within arm's reach, to call him back, and for no additional cost, he would return to try to better pinpoint the spot. <br /> After the plumber came back to make the repair, he found the broken pipe not more than six inches from the mark. This resulted in minimal damage to the floor, allowing for an easy and inexpensive repair. <br /> We're grateful that David cared to do his job so well. <br />"

"Mike was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly . He came on time and went right to work replacing the leaky pump housing and one leaky valve . It was fixed within an hour. Not only did he fix the pump issue he alerted me to a leak bubbling up from a pipe underground connected to my outside spigot. I was thankful that he pointed this out so that I could call my plumber and address the issue immediately. Had he not pointed out the problem my water bill would have been off the charts !
