"Very impressed with this company and its people. Very prompt in calling me back. It is obvious that they are concerned about their customers and their needs. Spoke to the owner who gave me his opinion of the problem and promptly sent out his repairman who was very polite and knowledgeable (like the owner). He investigated and asked questions before he told me what was wrong and gave me two estimates and helped me decide what we should do. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. "The first place we called charged $370 and spent 15 minutes replacing a part he thought was the fix. It wasn't. He spent more time trying to sell us a new furnace. We called Bow Heating, and Bill came out and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issue. He figured it out, and went above and beyond repairing it. And charged less than the first guy who didn't fix it. Great job."
