"Cory Guerra came and inspected my home. Unfortunately due to my financial situation I am unable to move forward currently. I recommend giving foundation recovery systems a call. Cory did excellent at explaining what is going on with my basement."

"I did not hire them but may do so if am unable to get Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing to perform warranty work. Rep was very professional, gave good recommendations and pricing."

"Thrasher did a good job on the basement foundation and installation of new sump pump. A little pricey. Workers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up when done."

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

"The work was done professional and in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns and with showing me how the sump pump worked. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards and the owner did a follow up call to ensure everything was working properly."

"They crew was hard working in terrible conditions. They finished on time but had to work in very wet conditions because of water seeping into their work areas. Their equipment was always up to date and working properly. They brought the foundation back up and stabilized the house with piers down to bed rock."
