"This is two reviews in one: In March 2020 I was new to the Sarasota area, looking for someone to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. I will contact Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC for any future projects."

"We were very pleased with the services provided by Gilbert Design Build. We wanted to renovate the kitchen and to place an accent wall with electric fireplace and TV in the living room. The project begins with meeting the president and the designer to discuss ideas and samples see if we're all a good fit. The designer and president then visit the house to see the exact spaces to be built or renovated. The project manager then completes measurements and designer orders materials. When all materials are on hand the site manager schedules the professionals in tile, plumbing, electrical, and framing to their dates Each was pleasant, worked with cleanliness, and delivered a great product. Only two glitches occurred in the process: 1. The distance between the TV and the fireplace heater was not sufficient. This took more tiling but was corrected. 2. The pots and pans rack was very noisy. This was corrected with drawers. Overall a very professional job by Gilbert Design and Build."

"Jesse Bran of Motion Mfg was very professional, always on time, answered all texts and calls in a timely manner, and the work done was exquisite, I couldn’t be happier. What I loved the most was that he covered all aspects of the job, I didn’t have to find other professionals to finish things they didn’t cover. Once his last man walked out the door, the job was totally done. If I need any type of similar work in the future, I would definitely call him again."

"My experience with Adeca Design was great. The team was professional and got the work done in an efficient timely manner. Angela responded to my texts and phone calls with in a matter of minutes, even when she was on vacation visiting family. Angela impressed me at our first meeting. she listened to my ideas and vision. When I had questions on my ideas she let me know her professional opinion. We had the kitchen gutted from ceiling to floors. I went from a non functional kitchen to the kitchen I envisioned. I now love spending time in my kitchen. Angela still checks in to see how things are going. "

"This company sucks did not pull permits and did the work horribly metal cut wrong? leaks in the lanai? bad screens that don?t fit. County found out, and I?ve been calling them to come back and bring it up to code, they don?t reply absolutely horrible company. Ray says he?s the owner, but he?s working under someone else?s license, which is a felony? they took advantage of my mother who is 84 years old with dementia. After getting a violation from the county for not pulling the permits, I notified Ray and he told me he would get a private provider, but I needed to pay him $2500 more, I gave him the check and never heard again from him!"
