He was the person I depended on the most to keep the project going and keep me informed. I enjoyed working with him immensely. Jesse and Victor were exceptional in carpentry and build. Even the subcontractors used were outstanding and their work was high quality. Of particular note was the tile/floor installer, Marcello. He is a true craftsman. The project went smoothly and the disruption in the house was kept to a minimum. I would recommend the company if you are seeking a stress free beginning to end design/build company that provides a beautiful high quality end product."

"I had an excellent experience with my kitchen remodel through S&W Palm Harbor. I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

"We hired Salt & Pepper to install a floating LVP floor over an existing wood plank floor. The team was on time, professional, and easy to work with. Nadav, the team lead, was very precise with a high degree of attention to detail. The quality of the installation of this floor ended up looking better than the original floor installed by the builders. Next time we need any work on our floors, we will be calling Salt & Pepper again. Highly recommend."

"We hired ADECA to add a 750 sqft addition to our existing home. The project added an owner’s ensuite, a laundry room and a bedroom onto our existing home. Because of the size of the project, an architect was involved, permits pulled, HVAC, plumbing, electrical all managed by ADECA. They aligned each step of the project and all the disciplines worked together to move the project forward. There were several bumps in the road that had to be managed and Angela, our project manager, handled each one with grace and determination. As in every project, not all things were discussed ahead of time, but ADECA and Angela’s goal were always to make sure we were fully satisfied with the results. I learned so much about construction and found the process overwhelming at times, however, I’m thankful for the professionalism and patience that Angela and ADECA showed us. We absolutely love our new addition!"
