However, within hours of the new install, it is blowing hot air and the problem had to be addressed very late in the evening. It was then found to have a gas leak that was supposedly in an area of pre-existing pipe and that the thermostat was bad. Ironic how they reported the thermostat was working upon completing the new install, however. While I appreciate the Technician addressing the issue in the middle of the night, I don?t appreciate the failure of diagnosing the issue in the first place."
