"Replaced my Gas Hot Water Heater, It was not an emergency repair/replacement. The Plumber arrived right on time as I was given a 10:00 am too 1:00 pm timeframe. I received a call at around 9:30 am from the company saying the technician would be there in about an hour. He arrived around 10:15 as I recall. He was very knowledgeable about water heaters etc. Perfect Installation."

"We needed a water heater replacement and Chris T., provided a detailed explanation of the new system, water heater manufacturer, installation process, and newly installed equipment. "I am new to tankless/gas water heater. I asked them to do an inspection of it (2 yrs in house) since it looked really old. I was right, it's old but working. When these guys tell you the life expectancy left in an appliance they are pretty spot on. It was in need of a service bad but since I've added soft water many of my appliances are dying. They checked out what they could and let me know its life was limited. I got a quote and can now shop around or save for the repair."

"Very pleased with Pipedex for hot water heater installation. Technician Sergey was excellent. Professional and on time. One of my neighbors hired them based on my recommendation."
