We've owned our home for 17 years and never used the garage because the door is old, rusty, and heavy. I was prepared to hear them tell me the door would have to go. But Brian spent a few more hours working on it, greasing the rollers and repairing the door, and worked miracles. The door and the new opener both work amazingly. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Due to the scheduled repairs to the roof of garage due to wind damage during a storm, the need to get the garage door opened for removal of the things in the garage was rather urgent. Thus Mr. Thacker's recommendation of a new garage door couldn't be done at this time. We will certainly keep him a priority when the roof repairs are completed. He did get the old door working so we could get the garage accessible."
