"From estimate to final installation working with the folks at L.J. Stone was a pleasure. Special thanks to Rusty the installer. He was very pleasant, very polite and very efficient. He took great care to keep the area clean during construction even laying cardboard down from the bathroom to the back door to protect the flooring. I am very pleased with the new shower. It looks great and is very functional from the ease of entering to the new shower head and controller. As silly as it sounds, I now look forward to showering."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"It was Saturday when the power went out.  I called the 24 hour emergency number around 8:40 a.m.  I told the representative who took the call what the problem was.  I also told her that my dad was on oxygen so we needed the repair to be made as soon as possible.  She assured me that someone would be at our home in 30 to 40 minutes.  I even ask her not to tell me the service man would be there at a certain time if he couldn't make it then.  She assured me that she wasn't doing that.  Needless to say 30 minutes, then 40 minutes came and went.  I called again and she apologized and said she would call the service man to see why he hadn't arrived.  She called me back and said he would be at my home shortly.  I asked her what shortly meant; long story, short, he arrived around 10:30 a.m.  I will say that the representative was very polite.  When the service man arrived, he quickly accessed the problem and made the repair.  He was professional and courteous.  With them coming on Saturday, I was expecting the bill to be higher than it was.  I have other electrical work that needs to be done and I do plan to use Korte again.  When the service man came out to give me an estimate on the work needing to be done, he was on time. <br />"

"Salesman gave us discounted price on door,  and sale price on other work we want them to do in near future. We had workman here installing door, and he spent entire time working with maybe a 5 minute break.  He arrived on time, was polite, a good worker, and did an excellent job on our door.  Where we once had air leaking around the door, it is now solid and much safer than original door. <br /> We highly recommend this company! <br /> <br />"
