"Really can't complain about Korte. Actually downloaded HomeAdvisor to AVOID calling Korte again for a small electrical project - but they recommended Korte. So what the hell I pulled the trigger and got the project done. They even found stuff I didn't know was wrong and let my wife know about it. So the project got even more expensive :). But I'm really not complaining - it's just retail and I was trying to find an alternative. But I'm happy !! The guys are very professional and put the bootie shoes on which makes me feel like I'm at an ER. Maybe they could wear surgical masks and hairnets too for the full effect."

"Nick from PG Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and thorough when I called to have a broken toilet fixed. While he was there, I mentioned that my shower wasn’t getting very hot, and he immediately looked into the plumbing and fixed some of the settings. When checking the shower after making the adjustments, he noticed that the sink faucets were crooked and let me know that he could fix them easily, as well. I’ve also been wanting a reverse osmosis water filter for the whole house, which he said he could do, and even walked me through more affordable alternatives. The price for the reverse osmosis system was far less than I expected, so I ended up going with that. I decided to change the look of the faucets and shower head too, and he helped me understand what options I needed to look for in order to work with our plumbing and will be back to install them all. Everything was so easy and affordable, I will definitely be using PG Plumbing again in the future."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Price was reasonable, no “emergency surcharge” like so many companies charge. In addition the level of hustle and hard work that was exhibited was second to none. "The project went very well.  It was our first large home improvement project, so I was a bit nervous.  I shouldn't have been.  The quality of work was fantastic.  Menno and his crew did an amazing job.  My only complaint is that he took on too many projects and so instead of taking the 3 weeks that he quoted, it took more like 6 weeks.  He and his crew were nice and polite and cleaned up after each day.  They consulted me as the project was progressing to make sure I was happy with everything.
