"A few years ago, I had my roof replaced as I was getting water in my great room during heavy storms. I called the company out multiple times as the problem seemed to be worse after the new roof was installed. Finally they stopped responding and now out of business. Recently, my neighbor noticed that my roof was sagging from an angle I couldn't see. I had multiple companies come out and they all said I needed to have flashing installed (which was done with the new roof). Matt came out and knew immediately that the issue was fallen rafters which caused the whole section to drop.
