We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. They did an excellent job cleaning out the old, broken cement and grinding down the existing flagstones so that they could get more cement between them. And they still are arranged aesthetically which was very important to me. They brought everything needed and cleaned up when the job was done.
