The technician, Ryan, was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived punctually. He finished the work very quickly and carefully and while he was on the roof, he did an inspection to assure us that no other work was needed. He sealed an additional area that wasn't on the original quote and was very friendly and efficient while he was there. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
