"We originally hired Vinyl Sash to replace three windows and they went above and beyond including fixing work completed by another local company that was unsatisfactory. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. The installer for the shower arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up any mess he might have made during the install. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was. If you are hesitating on replacing your outdated shower (like we were) because of the cost or inconvenience, I strongly recommend you give Vinyl Sash your business. "Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. "Sales process was good. The install process went well too. It took about 4.5 days to complete. They did have to come back out to replace some of the glass due to scratches or incorrect glass (Missing tempered glass) but they handle it all very nicely."
