"I called three companies for estimates. Glass Doctors was least by about 50$ They came and evaluated and measured and confirmed the estimate. They had to special-order the glass - estimated delivery one week. One week later i called and they said it was not in yet. I called the next week ant it was in but they were very busy with repairs from a big storm in another part of the city. I said I was leaving town the next week. They said they would be out late the next day. They were and everything was very good."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
