Luckily he had an immediate opening and was able to schedule our job within a few days. He showed up on time and completed his work in the same day. "Mark Cooney had came out and gave me a quote. I had just had another company come out to give me a quote which was more than double what Mark quoted me. When he was done the work looked so good that I asked him about doing the formal dining room because I hadn't done that. He came the next week and finished that for me too. I had a friend who was visiting and she came and looked at them and said the floors were beautiful and they are. I keep finding myself just looking at them. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was going to do. He explained to me I was going to have to spend a night or two at a hotel because the fumes were going to be pretty bad and I wasn't going to be able to come downstairs, so that was fine. He's just really, really, thoughtful. He sanded a part on the floor and showed me. I told him the kind of look that I was going for so he brought different things to show me what they would look like. He cleaned up after himself, put the furniture back, and I just appreciated it. The other place that I got a quote from were going to charge me for everything. They were really trying to nickel and dime me. They were going to charge me to move every piece of furniture and then charge me to put every piece back. The flooring was not that expensive, but when they added on all these other things. They asked if I was going to move the furniture or if I wanted them to do it and I said I would like them to do it. They then said okay, but there's a charge for that, so needless to say I didn't go with them. Mark is personable and extremely knowledgeable even though he's relatively young. He's been doing this for a long time, like 10 or 11 years. He started as a teenager and he's now on his own. He's very professional and when he says he's coming he comes. He calls if something is holding him up. The night that I ended up staying at the hotel he stayed until 1:30 in the morning finishing up the job so he could be on time. He told me in the course of the next couple of weeks if I see something that I don't like to give him a call to let him know so he'll come back to make it right. You don't hear that a lot and especially from somebody that young."

"It had been over ten years since the last vent cleaning so we figured we were probably were over due. When I saw all the glowing air duct reviews, I decided to contact Whole Home Cleaners and got an appointment for the next day. I got a call the evening before Doug was to arrive that he was ill so I appreciate that he wouldn't come when he was sick and that the company let me know ahead of time. We rescheduled for the following day providing he felt better. Doug arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled time and got right to work. We did a walk through of the house pointing out all the vents and familiarizing him where all the vents were. Since he does this for a living he knew better than I where they would be. Doug was great with our dogs (Great Danes) and I was appreciative that I didn't need to board them in order for him to do the work. He caution me that he would need to leave the door a tad ajar so if there were any concerns about the dogs getting out that I was aware of this which was very conscientious of him. Doug also included a dryer vent clean out and said ours was very dirty and he would recommend dryer vents be cleaned out every two years . Realizing build up of lint in the dryer can make a dryer work much harder if its not cleaned out is a good recommendation not to mention the fire hazard so was glad that was done. He did the entire house in about 2 hrs and 45 minutes. He was very efficient and didn't leave any dirt and even took his shoes off to work. He showed me how he loosens the dirt from the main furnace returns and showed me all the dirt that was collected from the house which made me feel like it was worthwhile that we had done it and perhaps we'll see less dust for a while. Doug was a delight to work with and was kind and efficient. I would use him again. He does a great job and is a hard worker."

"Overall it was fine. The parts of the carpet cleaned look good and the jury is still out on if the PURT removed the smell of the pet stains. Could take up to a week they said. It was frustrating because there is a small landing at the top of one set of stairs they didn't clean. I have never had to specify that was part of the stairs, every other carpet cleaner I have ever had has included it. Also, I asked for a rug to just be cleaned and they didn't do it. It cost more than I have paid in the past as well."

"Lewis was fantastic. He called me right away when I asked for a quote and came right out to examine my bathroom. While he was there, I asked him to take a look at our deck. He found some other things that could use some work, but was not pushy about it. Aside from beautiful work in our bathroom, Lewis and his crew painted our deck, stabilized it, fixed some water damage that we had and improved the flow of rain water off the deck, and repointed stone work that was water damaged on the level of our garage on our rowhome. I am keeping Sissi Construction's number handy for any future projects. I highly recommend this fantastic company. I could not have been happier with the work, communication, attention to detail and outcome."
