He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. "I'm not sure about value for the money. I felt they were high, but I don't really know. They replaced the sub floor around the toilets in 2 bathrooms and replaced all the sub floor in another. Charged 1800. We were in a real bind and they did it on a Saturday."
