"Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace."

They kept in touch well, and responded to my emails and calls about the project as it progressed because I needed advice about the installation process to prepare my site for the hot tub. Due to the pandemic related supply chain slowdown, the spa took 9 months to be delivered. But I am enjoying it now all the time.
