"Cement skirting was falling apart, and we decided to replace with vinyl skirting. Asdrubal gave us a very competitive quote and 3 other contractors were much higher. After the work was started, he discovered that the framing was rusted and had to be replaced which raised the price a little bit, but not bad. I would give 4.5 stars because of some communication challenges, but he always clarified before proceeding and I am happy with the work that was done. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof.
