"If you live in the Tulsa area I want to highly recommend Atomic Garage Door Service. These guys are great! We thought we needed a new opener. But when the tech came out it turned out we didnâ t need a new opener at all!! They are super flexible. They would install a new opener I bought and haul off the old one, or install a beefier opener they supplied. They were happy to work with me either way! I bought an opener at Home Depot we and we scheduled a service call. Jordan, the tech who came, was just super honest. It turned out one wire from my safety reverse beam had come loose. He correctly diagnosed this when I simply told him what was happening. He fixed that with a wire nut and didnâ t even charge me for it. I asked him how I could make our door quieter. He installed a new set of rollers and also tightened up some stuff the last guys had left too loose when we had springs replaced. Jordan was very informative and showed me everything he was doing. And he was very thorough! He lubricated everything and tightened up several nuts/bolts. Kathy, who schedules the visits and helps with pricing over the phone, was also super helpful with every contact. There is NO WAY I will call anyone else as long as these guys are in business and treating their customers this way. I wish I could find an AC outfit like this!! "I contacted Tulsa Renew for a quote to replace a back door due to rain water intrusion. Owner Steve arrived on time and inspected the problem with a diagnoses that we did not require the door to be replaced but instead caulking around the door. He contacted his lead man to come out to do the work with full instruction to what required to be done. The repair was completed within an hour of the call. This easily could have been a case where a service provider could have replaced a door and labor for over $1,000.00. However, they viewed the issue from the clients eyes and provided a solution for no fee. Why no fee? Steve explained because the remedy was minimal and that we have used them before we were a valued client and Tulsa Renew wanted to take care of us - who does this kind of thing today? "I called Dynamic Door at 5:30 when I got home from work. The door was laying on top of my car and I had a broken spring. Not only did they save my car from getting damaged they were able to fix the springs and the door like new!!! He tied safety ropes around the rails so it wouldn’t hit the car! He knew exactly what he was doing!! Outstanding service and great quality. Not the cheapest I’m sure but with the care they put into the job it was well worth it!
