"We were in dire need of a new roof, and contacted several roofers. Most didn't even return my call. A couple other contractors said they'd come out and do an estimate, but never showed up. Then we found Leneva (Corey Garza and his crew) -- what a breath of fresh air! He immediately came out and measured the roof, and gave us a detailed proposal within a day or two. We gave him the go-ahead, and he scheduled the job. Then our roof began to leak profusely, so we called and asked if he could move us up in the schedule. Amazingly, he was able to move us up (in spite of many days of rain). His crew showed up on time, did the entire project in one day, and cleaned up meticulously! The job included stripping the old shingles (two layers in some places) and replacing two very old skylights, also. The new roof looks great, the new skylights are a nice improvement, and of course the leaks are gone! I highly recommend Leneva. Corey is totally professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with."

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Caron Roofing and Construction. From getting their estimate and the actual installation. They were prompt in their response to my initial inquiry regarding an estimate. The price was reasonable and I elected to have ice and water shield put on the entire roof rather than just the first two rows which was a little extra money . Justin Caron - the project leader, was very precise and extremely helpful even suggesting what color shingles he thought would look nice on my house. I had no idea what color I should go with, I just knew I didn't want black. I chose "slate" as Justin suggested. All the stock was delivered the day before and One crew member showed up at the house at 7:15 a.m. and the rest were here by 7:20 a.m and began immediatley started stripping all the old shingles off at 7:35 am. There was a crew of about 7 and while some were stripping the exisiting shingles, others on the ground was doing cleanup. These guys really knew what the were doing and how to do it. They all were very friendly and respectful. They all worked very well together as if they had been together for years. Justin said they would have the job done in one day and it was completed in one day. When they were finished I couldn't believe how beautiful the roof was and I was so happy I took Justin's color rcommendation. After they all cleared out, my yard, my porches and deck were spotless (like no one had been there). I got into my car and drove by my house three (3) times just admiring my new roof and appreciating the pleasant memories of the job I was dreading most. No dread, no apprehension, it all was a pure pleasure and great satisfaction. No more worries about shingles blowing off my roof or potential leaks in rain, snow or heavy winds. We already had torrential rains and high winds since the new roof and NO PROBLEMS. I would not hesitate to recommend Caron Roofing and Construction to anyone who was looking to replace or repair their roof. Wonderful Company,"

"Derek from Boldcoast Exteriors worked patiently with my wife to pick the perfect color roof. Everyone loves it. He was always available to answer questions. Once decided, the work was done quickly and meticulously. We are very happy with this company and plan to use them for future projects."

"It was all right. Competitive quote, but then $2500 in additional costs were added on discovery of former cedar shingle roof under the existing asphalt shingles. Understandable. Small leak in previous roof was fixed; all dry through the winter. BUT: Removal of old roof was VERY messy. Crew did not tarp off areas below well enough; we were removing nails from our lawn and driveway for MONTHS afterwards, and even lost a tire to an errant nail. Siding and deck were scuffed and dinged from falling materials, with only some cleanup. Gutters were left filled with grit and debris, despite numerous reminders to clean them. Crew (from away) worked very hard, came back to clean up (mostly), and were done in two days, including some work after dark. Still, due to the mess, would not recommend for jobs requiring a white-glove touch like historic properties or homes with new paint jobs."

"I would definitely recommend Alec with Spartan Roofing. They gave us the best price and most expedient service. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure doing business with Spartan!"

"If you need roofing done, look no further! Everyone we dealt with at Austin and Sons is one of a kind. They worked with us on the price, so it we were able to get it done right away. They used top-of-the-line materials and checked in with us while the crew completed the job. They arrived when they said they would and their work came out amazing! They were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have at our home. They are our new go-to company for roofing and if we need siding in the future, we will contact Austin and Sons."

"I was very happy with the Rich Exterior Solutions crew that replaced my roof. It's a steep pitch and our house is very close to our neighbors'. They did great work and at a solid price."

"I was in need of roofing services ASAP. Shawn and his crew had replaced the shingles on my home in Sanford last year in 2016. Given the professional work rendered in 2016, it was a no-brainer to seek them out again in 2017. Within 3 days of calling them and meeting with Shawn on site, his crew was on-site bright and early. They finished the 18+ square job in one day. This job included replacing the shingles on the main building, two attached porch roofs and a basement entrance. I was most impressed with the clean up after the job. I have not found a single as of this writing. I would recommend Shawn and his crew anytime, any place for a quality job done correctly."

"We have, for decades, done our own maintenance on the house. But, now we want the exterior trim on our 1940's, 70's ,80's, 90,'s house repaired, replaced, and refurbished. So we needed base carpentry, finish work and painting. Jerry and his team provided it all. The clapboards and decking that needed repair were fitted in and once painted the patches are invisible. The painters made the house look new, windows, doors, trim, decks, siding and bulkhead are pristine.. The corbels were rebuilt and where we had an old AC removed I got a new small window to brighten the dog room. I am very picky (my husband would say that is a massive understatement). I found Jerry Boutin of Leak Seekers and his Team Professional, Precise, Patient and amazingly Pleasant. The agreed on price was met and the only big change, my window was extra. We had some new wood and they have promised to come back next summer to make sure the paint has not bubbled/peeled. We are very pleased and would hire again."
