Work can be done on an hourly basis or for a quoted price. We pride ourselves in having the ability to lead customers through jobs ranging from small maintenance issues to large, new & renovation construction or landscape projects.
"After coming out to inspect the job, they told me they'd send out other contractors to get an accurate quote ready for me. I required both irrigation fixes along with lawn leveling due to DTE trucks damage. They did send out someone who checked my system, then a follow up with another contractor to check the grading. "We talked with several asphalt companies before we went with this one. We absolutely love the work that Asphalt Express did for us. We live in the woods & have a 1000ft driveway that winds by a pond, up a hill, past our barn, & ends up in a circular drive in front of the house. It's been dirt & gravel for years & keeps getting harder to maintain & fill in the pot holes. Debbie, from Asphalt Express, explained that they could do millings on the drive through the woods & then asphalt from the barn to the house. Everything was explained thoroughly, they worked with us budget wise, & even checked back with us a couple of times after the project was done to make sure we were happy & see if we had any questions. The owner & his crew were so nice & wanted to make sure they worked around my rocks in the driveway to my satisfaction. They did a great, slightly sloping, apron at the barn, too. This team was so professional & did everything possible to protect our yard from their equipment while they were here working. They were done in one day & we couldn't be happier. The millings get harder the more you drive on them & it really doesn't take away from the beauty of our "woodsy" drive. We would highly reccommend this company!"

"We have a private street (10,000 sq ft) in Highland with 11 houses on it so this is not a routine residential or parking lot job. Guardian closely worked with us on scheduling around our garbage pickup day, offsite parking availability and projected weather. Their bid was very reasonable and offered a reasonable time frame. Sealcoating was done with brush and squeegee and turned out great. Through no fault of Guardian, the mail truck did a number on the one end of the street and Guardian promptly fixed that for us for a nominal charge. Strongly recommend that you include them in your bidding process as you may be pleasantly surprised by their quote. Excellent work."
