"2nd time we have used Restoration Tile & Grout for our home. Both times the work has been performed well and on time. Dan provided us with the quote and scheduling. Nick did the work at our home. We had kitchen & hallway tile cleaned and grout cleaned, sealed and repaired where needed. Also 3 bathroom floors and one shower stall tiles cleaned and grout cleaned, sealed and repaired where needed. Nick did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Restoration Tile & Grout. Also they use an epoxy grout sealer and the other other companies we received quotes from use acrylic (water based) sealers and their quotes were higher."

"Due to an error, our 1st service appointment was cancelled and we had to re-schedule the date. They were booked solid so we had to wait 3 weeks for the re-schedule date. However, we can't complain about the work which was done in 2 visits (grout removal & re-grout on day 1 /grout sealing & caulking on day 2) . Nick P. was timely, efficient and explained the process and follow-up care. The grout removal was done by hand to minimize damage to existing tiles. He cleaned up the bath floor and surrounding areas so there was no grout debris from the process. The finished job looks great and the price seemed fair for the work done. We would hire Diamond Grout again ."

"About a month ago we had the basement carpet cleaned in our rental after the renters moved out. The staff did a very professional job- prompt, experienced and efficient. I did not notice what they did with the waste water because I was working on another area in the house. When they finished the carpet was clean and there was no (dirty water) smell in the basement. I don't remember them asking "is it ok if we dump the waste water in your toilet?" but there is a toilet in the basement.  This is significant because.... <br>today we had the porch carpet cleaned and the staff guys were very polite and business like especially when I said "WHAT?" when they said they had to use one of our toilets to dump the dirty water that was sucked out of the carpet. Luckily we have a toilet in the laundry room and the porch is not that big so the waste water was minimal BUT, BUT- the laundry room now smells like AN OUT HOUSE!!! <br>Maybe their hose was dirty? So it seems there is now a law which "prevents them from dumping the waste water anywhere but our toilet". (pervious to using our toilets- they used to suction the water into a tank in their truck). SO now the burden of having to dump this waste water into a sanitary system has been put on the home owner instead of this vendor. This "STINKS""
