However, I was told in advance that it would happen & that they did not do that repair. The work they did to my house fixed the dropped corner of the house , placed level markers & sealed the large crack so it is barely noticeable. They worked quickly & efficiently & pleasantly. "Recently purchased 107 year old home.  One side of stone foundation had crumbling mortar joints and missing stones. Needed repaired and tuck pointed. Me and my wife had recently purchased our home. Shortly after we discovered there was water damage in the basement we didn't know how serious it was until Brian (One of the owners of Basement Armor) came out to inspect. He found the home had concrete steps, which were covered by a wooden deck, and the steps began to sink and created a void to which water was filling our crawl space and eventually making its way into our basement.  (Previous contractors didn't even mention the steps)

Other companies would have not even acknowledged there was a leak, let alone fix it with no additional charge. I hope I am making it clear Brian did an outstanding job for us!
