He was meticulous to the details to make sure it was installed right, including leveling a few high places on my subfloor, and making perfect doorway transitions. I am beyond happy with the results!"

"My husband requested a quote and had to follow up with them 2 times before they even returned his call. We finally scheduled an appointment for them to come out to put together a quote for the project. The appointment was scheduled for 6:30 am and he didn't show up until almost 7 am. Said he would have a quote back to us within a week and that was the last we heard from them. My husband called them back twice to follow up and they never returned his calls."
