"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

"They did a great job.   Our waterline was replaced in less then a day.   Other contractors wanted to cut through our porch or take out our driveway.    I would recommend Henry Exc. to anyone who needs a waterline replacement.

"Called 5/19/2014 to make an appointment talked with Derick said "he could come by in about 20 minutes" arrived before the 20 minutes were up. Showed him what I had found as I was going to replace our toilet. He looked at the flange and what I thought was the lead drain pipe soldered to the flange. He said " the pipe wasn't soldered to the flange it had been on there so long it just appeared to be". He separated the flange from the pipe told me he would have to go to Lowe's to get a new flange and would be back in about 20 minutes. Before he left we discussed the price for the work being done. When he came back and was installing the new flange we talked about the cost for him to install the toilet while he was here. I had him also install the new toilet. Installed the flange, new toilet and everything is working just fine.

"I was very pleased with Trinity Plumbing and Rodney Robbins.  He was in Amelia when I called, but was immediately available to drive to my home within Cincinnati city limits.  He had the necessary part on his truck to fix my toilet.  After finishing up with the float replacement,  I also asked him to check a leaking faucet handle in my basement laundry room.  He gladly looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.  Mr. Robbins was very friendly, informative, and efficient in the use of his time.  I couldn't have been more impressed.  The price was right too.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and plan on calling him again if I have another plumbing issue.

"We had 18 windows replaced at our home. I’ll start with the good: The salesman Joe gave us an estimate in a quick fashion and was very responsive. The windows are in and look good after the caulk was repaired. The warranty is great compared to other companies. The bad: poor communication after windows were ordered. I called multiple times when they said the windows were going to be ordered and they kept extending the time frame and seemed annoyed when I called. When the windows came in, we set the date for install. The installers that came were subcontractors. The originally put in our windows and the caulking did not look professional on the brick (see pics below). I emailed about the issue and they kept trying to tell me how good it looked... but it clearly did not. They finally agreed to send someone out to fix it. We scheduled two days where I stayed at home waiting for someone to come fix the windows, with no call and no show. Finally the third scheduled appointment someone finally came and fixed the windows with a clear caulk. Happy with the windows now but I graded the company a C for the poor communication and punctuality."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "MK was the only vendor (I could find) that could handle the whole house plumbing job and the remodeling of the bathrooms. Detailed estimates were provided and conversations relative to various alternatives, approaches to the project were presented / quoted. It was very convenient, helpful to visit the MK Showroom to view / see / pick-out the various components (i.e.: bathroom fixtures, faucets, hardware, lights, tile, colors, etc.). It was a non-pressure, friendly, consultative approach (complete with financial impact evaluation) to “scoping out” the entire project. MK was the “single-point-of-contact” for the entire project – even for such a complex project. They managed the deconstruction (of the remaining water damage) and coordinated the various portions of the project (i.e.: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, bathroom remodels, tile, etc.). Over the duration of the project, there were various “updates” and discussion on what “our” expectations were for the final result. In fact, there were several “changes” that occurred after we saw what the finished room would look like – versus our expectations. All of these were handled without complaints, irritation or challenge – with a very professional attitude / response. Everything was accomplished within the stated scheduled timeframe – and the detailed estimates created at the start of the project. Matt (and his folks) were very easy to work with and committed to meet our expectation for the project."
