"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Went great, we contracted them to remove some very old wallpaper in two rooms. They were responsive, professional, friendly and left the rooms extremely clean. The walls are patched and sanded perfectly as far as I can tell. We appreciated the good work they did."

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Sam did a great job bringing our 100 year old floors and our house to life! Sam and his team were super flexible and were able to come earlier that we had originally agreed on so we could get moved into our new house a little sooner! Throughout the entire process Sam was quick to send a ton progress pictures and quick to text back to answer any questions. "They were very nice and professional. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was that my son’s room was sort of a brighter green color and I found areas where they had missed the second coat. However, they came right back and fixed it. Overall, I thought that they did a fine job. We spent about $3400, but we had the entire interior of our house done. They did a very good job. I would recommend them. They were two brothers and they had some other guys that worked with them. One of the brothers had gone home to Argentina at one point and I wasn’t sure if he was coming back. If they are still around, I would definitely have them back."

"A crew of 3 men arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. The doorways to adjoining rooms were covered and a tarp was placed on the floor. When the work was finished, the cabinets and table looked amazing. The workers cleaned everything up. Also , Mick and Molly were very helpful. We are so happy that we had this option and would highly recommend the process and Kitchen Tune-Up in Malvern to anyone that asks."
