"I have 6 old chairs that I love because they swivel and rock. We have them in the breakfast room. Over time the mechanisms stopped working (these are perhaps close to 20 years old). All new chairs seem to be straight legged. I could have ordered new chairs from this store (they do custom new work, too) but my bucket seats were fine. It took about 2 and a half months for the new bases to come in, but they have custom made wooden legs. 
A few months later I noticed that three of the castors were broken and one was the wrong size. I only use 4 of the chairs on a regular basis, and three of the damaged ones just happened to be on the chairs I stored. I called the store and emailed photos of the castors. With no questions asked, they ordered the new castors AND came to my home to replace them. This is just excellent customer service, especially as I had had the chairs back for months. Nice.

In my case he stuck to his estimate but he didn't find any unexpected damage while he was working either. He did the job in 4 hours less than quoted maximum time frame. I'd have no hesitation in recommending his services are using his services again.

"My experience with Creative Concepts was excellent. My husband had seen cement tiles elsewhere and this company was able to contact the manufacturer, and order them for us, despite not carrying the line themselves.  
Yoselin Rinaldi was extremely professional and prompt with providing us with information throughout the ordering process. She was always going out of her way to be helpful. In fact, everyone we had contact with was very genuine and although our order was small, Yoselin never made us feel like our project was too small.

"Kobe Enterprises contacted me quickly (within a few hours of receiving my request). He scheduled an appointment to assess my furniture damage. He was on time and called as he arrived. He assessed the damage and was able to go back to the shop and make a piece for my furniture. He returned the next evening to repair the furniture. The work was great and I will use him to repair another item. I highly recommend. Great customer service and that is really hard to find these days."
