He made sure that everything in the area was cleaned off, and super-reinforced to prevent this from ever happening again, and also made sure to independently reinforce the recently installed LED panels. Janni, Michael and Peter were wonderful to work with; they cleaned out all the junk every day and washed everything down when they all finished. The old linoleum floor tiling was also replaced (since some had gotten damaged when the ceiling fell down) - everything looks absolutely beautiful - Andy and his guys are superb craftsmen and I recommend them wholeheartedly."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. This work was done on our vacation co-op unit in Montauk NY.
This contractor was recommended by other owners in our co-op, and we had seen the quality of previous work they did.
We had tried to get other quotes for this job, but could not get responses from other contractors, even ones that were local.
I rated them with "A" for everything except price, and that is only because we could not obtain any other quotes.
When discussing the work to be done, I found that the contractor totally seemed to understand our needs. We wanted quality, but also did not want to use very high-end counter tops and cabinets since this is a rental unit, and damage can be expected. What we got was very good quality that should last for years. Another example of how well he understood us was the new closet work. Normally I would have liked to have drawn a plan of what I wanted. Lacking the time to do a detailed drawing, I just described over the phone what I envisioned. The resulting closet was exactly what I wanted.
We had great communication via phone and email. 
 The resulting sheet rock work and painting is top notch. The transformation of this unit is amazing
Of course, there is always some little problem on a project like this. We had a little problem regarding the refrigerator size and another problem with the supplier of the of the dishwasher.
Because we live 3-4 hours away from this site, it was very important that we have someone we could trust to do the job right, without having to inspect the work in progress. In the end, we only went out to see the work at the very end of the job, and were very satisfied. We met Vinny Pacheco, the principle in this firm, and are very happy to recommend him and VPQC to anyone who needs quality work from someone you can trust.
