"Jason completed the repair of 7 Oil heaters, full blower wheel replacements, nozzle head replacements, tune up and more. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. Ever since we hired him it has been seamless and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend him and his company. He's always available for any emergency we've had regarding the units."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

When I first spoke with Mike by phone I felt that he was super up front and honest with me about everything, including price. It was nice that I could call or text. "First, I d like to share appreciation about the urgency shown by this company. My air conditioner broke during the summer and on a Sunday, to my surprise many other companies we are not available to come out on the same day as they are closed on Sundays. They were the second company to respond to service my unit. The first company had been there just a couple of hours prior. Without much investigation, they attempted to sell me a completely new air conditioning system. They shared that this was based on my unit being original to the home and not repairable. When C & A Mechanical came to my house, they were curious about the cause, and did not move to a recommendation until they assess the situation. After hearing that my unit was running perfectly prior to this first issue I ve had, he shared that it may be worthwhile to attempt a repair. A technician came on the following day and efficiently repaired my unit and got it operating at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. I appreciate their honesty and speed, highly recommend."
