"From the initial phone call to the office to the completion of the installation of my new heat pump, Ten Plus Service, was courteous, knowledgeable ( I couldn't get over how much Judy, the office manager knew - more than many repair people who have come to my home previously) and efficient.  Not only did they not waste my time, but more importantly they didn't waste my money.
They could have easily pushed for the repairs, so that it was done with them.  Instead they advised me what the best course to take would be, and they had no guarantees I would purchase the heat pump from them.

While they were on site, they also noticed my Navigator wasn't working correctly, and told me what the problem probably was, but as their rates were higher than many of the local pool stores, it would make more sense for me to take the cleaner locally for repairs, instead of paying them to fix it.

I did learn an important lesson from them -- in the future when I am going to buy an appliance or an automobile, I am going to ask the service department which units/cars they have performed the most repairs performed on, so I can be aware of potential future problems BEFORE I make the purchase.  The sales department or the local store is not who is going to be honest about failures (if they in fact are aware of them), they just want the sale/comission.  I had actually never realized this before how valuable the service techs are -- thanks Paul and Dexter of Ten Plus Service.

"After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail. He has done a great job of taking care of the pool since then. Ronny clearly ensures that his teams are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and are focused on customer service and quality work. I have already recommended Ronny Snow to friends and neighbors that are considering a pool remodel. "This job was A+++ from start to finish. Eloy was very patient in allowing us to take lots of time in making decisions as to the products and surfaces we wanted to use. He said more than once he wanted us to be happy and if we were not sure he wanted us to wait until we felt comfortable with what we were choosing. He arranged for us to see a pool, that he had previously done, with the type of surface we thought we wanted to select. When the paver company he had been using did not have what we wanted he contacted another company that did have what we wanted and was able  to purchase the pavers and have them delivered from out of the county and no higher delivery cost than a local company. Also a representative from the paver company came by our home and brought samples.  He checked with us before starting the job to be sure we would be available on the days he started new additions on the pool and pool deck so that we could see things as they were put down. ( Very wise! This saves time,trouble and expense). He kept us informed every day. He gave us a time range that he would arrive and always called if he was going to be late. As we have moved to a more technical society we have seen pride in work and work ethic decline. This is Definitely Not The Case with this company. For the service provided and the courtesy extended we felt the price was most fair. This is a man who shows integrity and honesty. We actually found out about him because we saw him working at a neighbors home and inquired with our neighbor. We saw the great work he had done at their home and called him. That was our lucky day. If you need a pool resurface or pavers you will not be sorry you called this company. Our home looks incredible."
