He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "We had a hard time finding someone to help us re-finish our basement as most companies did not think it was a big enough job (although we did want dry-wall replaced and repaired, putting up of new drywall and removal of a non-weight bearing wall (as well as building a small cabinet to conceal our sump pump and another one to conceal a electrical panel). Sebastian came out same day as I contacted him and looked over the room in order to work up a quote for me. Unlike the other contractors I had been speaking to, he really LISTENED to what we wanted (not what he wanted to do with the place) which was reflected in the quote he returned to me the next day. After looking over the quote (which we believed to be very competitive) we decided to have him price out a few additional things, and again he came out a couple of days later (we contacted him on thanksgiving and he came out the Saturday after) to do some more measurements and then again returned an updated quote the next day. We signed the contracts that Monday and Sebastian and his crew were able to start working that Wednesday which was awesome (again, most of the other contractors we had spoken to would not have been able to start work until February). Throughout the whole process Sebastian and his crew were wonderful to work with. He really worked around our schedule and were actually able to finish the project ahead of time which was a nice surprise. Upon completion of the project he had us "inspect it" to see if we wanted him to change/fix anything but we could not find anything. He then assured us that if we found something later we could always contact him then. If you want to work with a customer service focused company that will work around your schedule and deliver what you ask for, and to a great price, I would definitely recommend SASV construction, LLC. We will definitely hire them again for our next project!"

"This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

"Absolutely spot on and fantastic from my first sales call by Karen who explained everything from wood decks to composite decks to financing and how communication would flow throughout the process of replacing our wood deck with a composite deck. Once we signed up we waited about 6 weeks until it was our turn. Paul the Production manager let us know when our deck supplies would be delivered. Next came a call from Justin who would be in charge of the actually crew that would be removing our old deck and building our new deck. The actual crew worked their magic in removing our old deck in less than a half day and construction started on our new deck immediately. our brand new deck was complete in less than a day and a half.
