"Michael was on time, courteous and knew his work. A pipe had frozen and he replaced within an hour at a very reasonable rate. Definitely would recommend his services."

Customers say: Quick response

"Everyone on this team is fantastic. We originally met with Jacob, who was incredibly detailed in the notes he took. He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. This is our first home and we relied on their experience when we weren't sure which direction to head into with some areas. The entire team was patient and respectful throughout the entire process, provided updates throughout our remodel, and gave recommendations when we needed them. Everything turned out how we wanted it to and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using them in the future for other projects."

"Donnie was very professional and a good communicator. He cleaned up after himself. He explained everything that needed to be done and did it for a fair price. Definitely recommend and will use him again if I have more plumbing needs."

"John and his workers are a pleasure to work with! They value their customers and are very courteous, professional, considerate, and punctual. I first contacted Fine Craft Custom Tile for a bathroom renovation. John came out to look at the job, gave me a lot of design ideas and even helped me pick the tile that would best fit for my bathroom. He demolished the entire bathroom very quick and at the end of the day he cleaned everything up before leaving. I was in a hurry and very anxious for it to be done, John kept me informed of the schedule and when I requested for the bathroom to be done before Memorial Day, he made it happen! From start to finish, it was a very easy process with amazing end results. My new bathroom is bright, beautiful and efficient . I am very happy with Fine Craft Custom Tile. They guarantee their work to make sure we, the customers, are completely satisfied. If you have any bathroom remodeling needs, set up a time with them! They went above and beyond in every aspect. I would be happy to work with them again and recommend them to anyone who needs professionalism, punctuality and understating of your remodeling needs."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Pacific, MO

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
