He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. "I have used the Drain Co. several times. The work is always solid and reliable. They appear to have raised their prices though as last year it was $172 and this year $262 for 3 drains. The guy was here for roughly 2 hours. Last year it was 1.5 hours. I would have preferred knowing ahead of time the cost rather than being surprised by the bill, especially given that we are repeat customers and had an expectation that the cost would be equivalent to last year since our yard has not changed."

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business.
