"I was skeptical of remodeling our kitchen because you hear so many horror stories about contractors taking too long, charging more than they say, flaking out, etc. My husband and I were in disbelief at how OPPOSITE Pristine is from that. Pristine Construction is exceptional. I don't think I have ever encountered a better company.... and I have very high standards! Nathan and Mike are not only true to their word, totally professional, and incredibly knowledgable, but they are 2 great guys who are fun to hang out with! They make you feel like you are their only client. Pristine Construction really does care about you as a person and they take a great deal of pride in providing the best service and best quality work. Also, the designer they had design our new kitchen was incredible. The layout of our finished kitchen is gorgeous. We are extremely happy with everything Pristine and their sub-contractors did. Our kitchen remodel was worth every penny. Their price was reasonable and similar to other construction companies around. Nathan and Mike and their crew helped us better our lives and we are eternally grateful. You will not find anyone better in Los Angeles!"

"I had a window that was leaking and did not know who to go to for fixing this issue. I found Level Up Contracting through Angi's list. They came and surveyed the problem area. The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. Throughout the repair work he provided updates and what materials he needed to completed the work. Al provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with his work and craftmanship."

"Our Kitchen remodel was completed in a timely manner. If you want your Kitchen Remodel done by a perfectionist, Jeremiah and Bridgestone Construction is the company to hire. Jeremiah personally will bring the showroom to your home and help you design the kitchen of your dreams. He is a licensed contractor that really knows his stuff. He was in and out of our home in no time at all. His cabinets are 100% better then Home Depot or other stores and he is prompt and professional. If you go with someone else you will be disappointed. I will definitely use Jeremiah and Bridgestone Construction for our bathroom remodel. Take a look at this kitchen, my wife's dream come true."

"Wanted to take a couple minutes out of the day to say thank you to SoCal Builders&Design particularly to our contractor, Ilan. He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. And of course thank you for following COVID protocols definitely a must with these times."

"In ten years of buying and selling properties, hiring contractors to improve the homes can be a challenge. If you need a contractor, please save yourself time and grief, Ouri’s « Universal Home Design » is the dream company to work with. I am not kidding. Ouri and his team are the most pleasant, competent, responsive, on time, budget conscious people I have ever worked with. The work is flawless and the result is there to prove it. The addition to my house is gorgeous and makes my home stand out in the whole neighborhood. My family is still in awe with the quality and the integrity of Universal Home Design’s work. Honestly, I couldn’t say enough good things regarding my experience of working with Ouri and his team!"

"I recently completed my home remodeling project with HIC Builders, and my overall experience has exceeded my expectations. Avi, in particular, showcased extensive knowledge and was an absolute delight to collaborate with throughout the process. The team excelled in providing precise estimates for both budget and timeline. Despite minor setbacks due to city-related delays, they made sincere efforts to compensate for lost time. Having undertaken multiple projects in the past, I can confidently state that this has been the most gratifying working relationship I've had with a contractor. Without a doubt, I plan to engage HIC Builders again for my future projects."

"We recently completed our home construction project with this company, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Building a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, transparency, and dedication made the process smooth and enjoyable. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They took the time to understand our vision, offered practical suggestions, and kept us informed at every stage of the build. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget, with no surprises along the way. The quality of work truly stands out. The finishes are flawless, the structure feels solid and well-built, and every detail reflects their commitment to excellence. "This is my first time working with a contractor and didn’t know what to expect. Overall, I am happy with the work and the team became more like family. I wasn’t happy all the time, and it took longer than expected, but when I expressed it, Gino was quick to make the changes happen even being hands on some of the time. I don’t know what else are out there, since they are my first and only remodel team, but I’m thankful I choose this company to remodel my entire - now beautiful - home."
