"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Duke did a great job installing the grab bars in my elderly parents bathroom. He is very knowledgeable in the construction field so can do just about anything you need done in your home. He is friendly and professional. He has very affordable rates which I appreciate since I'm retired and on limited income. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Crew shows up quickly after being hired! They work fast and efficient. When we ran into remodel problems, they quickly found solutions and worked long days to get the job done!!
