"Service was absolutely the best!!! I would highly recommended them to anyone needing repairs! Jim was extremely professionally and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out our problem within minutes of arrival. Fortunately for us, no repair was needed as we just had a blocked air gap. He corrected the situation quickly and I was back to getting clean dishes in no time! He could have easily charged us for repairs that were not necessary, but he did not. Very honest work!! They will be the first call I make if I run into problems again! Thank you!!"

"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
