"Where do I even start.... If I could give Do it Your Painting & More 100 stars, I would. I recently lost my father and acquired his house that needed quite a bit of work and a fresh facelift. He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. Everything was perfect and the finished project came out 100x better than I had imagined and the smoke smell is gone! I am so thankful that the stars aligned to have found Dajuan and crew for this job. It was so nice to find someone who could tackle not only the painting but flooring installation, small kitchen remodel and stubborn ceiling fan installation. A package deal! The employees doing the work were diligent and paid careful attention to detail. The work took about 4 days. The only reason I gave a B rating for Responsiveness was because it took the company about 3 weeks to start the project. But we are very happy with the results."

"Excellent! Mike called us the day after we contacted him, I think it was Thirsday, and said they could start on Monday. He estimated it would take them two days and then finish up on Wednesday. His installer, Armando, got started around 9 a.m., and continued to lay the flooring until it was done, approximately 6:30 p.m. He came back the next morning to install the baseboard and do all the finish work. That only took a few hours and it was all done! This was so much faster than we expected, and it looks fantastic! We would definitely recommend CTM for flooring installation."

"There was considerable mold in the corner of the shower that was not caused by something like a leaky showerhead, so it required professional attention. Shon arrived on time to inspect the problem and then explained exactly what would be done, all according to code. Once I had submitted his proposal to my insurance carrier and was approved, the work was scheduled to be done within a week. First, plastic sheets were hanged in the room to contain the mold spores should they became airborne, then the shower pan and the tiles up to 6' were removed, the mold was remediated, and the shower was rebuilt. It was quite a job so took several days to complete. My tenant is happy, so I am happy. BTW, the insurance company, on further review of my policy, determined that I had no coverage at all for this incident, but Shon was kind enough to give me an Angie's List discount and a little something extra for posting this review. "I contacted the (owner) of Sterling Construction for kitchen floor repairs and they did it all. From joist, subfloor and finished with Vinyl planks. Kitchen looks amazing. Best thing I like about the company is that he stayed in contact with me through the whole process and got the job done. Thanks again for your expertise and for my Kitchen floor. "We had water damages recently in April. After water restoration was done, we need to hire someone to repair our condo. The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We have contacted many companies, some company can't meet our schedule, some company can only do drywall and painting. Some company's price was too expensive. We are very lucky to find Mr. Chu from Angle's list. He can do all these work with very reasonable price. Mr. Chu did excellent job for us!
