"He was very nice to work with. He was honest in letting me know that he only cleans the grout and mine was a type of painted grout. I will use him once we get the grout fixed."

"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo."

"Roberto is amazing! In a world of service providers that are regularly late and unprofessional, Roberto has them all beat! He showed up on time and provided a stellar services. Carpets that I thought would have to be replace were cleaned to almost new! I highly recommend Roberto Carpet cleaning service!"

"There was nothing I disliked. I didn't realize I scheduled it at Sunday morning at 10 and they showed up exactly at 10. I thought it was Monday, I was confused on my dates, I just didn't realize somebody worked on Sundays. He was more than willing to come back and I said that they come in and do it. The work was very good. I'm going to use them again for tile cleaning and grout cleaning."

"I had them do the work on the kitchen tile and hallway. Originally, the deal was for grout cleaning and sealing. The technician told me I read it wrong and that the sealing was not included. I didn’t argue with the guy but I called the company afterward and left a message. They called me back saying it was miscommunication and they would send the guy back out. We made a second appointment time; the same guy came back out and put the sealant on. The grout was cleaned better than we expected. I appreciated that they finished the job as listed and I was very happy with their work."

"He was FANTASTIC!! My new house has older carpets and he cleaned them like new! I can't wait to see how it looks dried! Great value for the money. Very satisfied"
