"Eric took over a partially completed remodeling job. The job
included framing a new floor where there had been a sunken conversation pit,
hanging doors, replacing the old baseboards and completing a wall with new drywall.
His bid was very reasonable and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I
would use him again and I would definitely recommend him to others.

"â The entire team were amazing. We were very hesitant and nervous about the remodel of our master bath as we had not done a remodel before. We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Expert Home Builders owner. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year. Thank you for a wonderful work !"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"We had our kitchen cabinets redone by Medina's Remodeling Company and we couldn't be happier with the results. The lower cabinets were rebuilt (new doors and drawers) in order to keep our existing tile counters and we had all new upper cabinets installed. The construction is all top quality. Freddy and Francisco were very attentive to our needs and incorporated all our ideas into the design. They also installed all new plugs, lights, and switches in our home, upgrading our wiring and installing a new panel for three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. They were very fair priced, considerably less than the bid from the large chain store. They were reliable, dependable, and made sure we were happy with the job. This is a family owned business that we learned about from their booth at the Marina Farmer's Market. If we have more projects in the future, we will be sure to callthem. Highest recommendation!!"

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
