"We had our ductwork cleaned after a heavy renovation and COIT cleaned the ducts. Outstanding job. I was reminded a day or two ahead of the appointment date, then called the morning of the appointment. I appreciated that. Our tech, 'Willie', arrived on time, introduced himself, and then did a survey of our home. He informed me of exactly how he would manage the cleaning, and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. We had some serious issues that he informed me of, figured out a work around, and then completed the cleaning. One serious problem was that the contractor had removed a full wall mirror, and left a LOT of the broken mirror glass in one vent. Willie explained how he would handle that, and then took care of that also. Throughout, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, informative and efficient. "Brandon and his crew exceeded any of our expectations we had about mold remediation services. The crew was basically part of our family by the end of the job. We really didn’t know what to expect going into a mold remediation job and by the end of the job we literally gained an entire new level of living space in our home. One side of our basement was built in 1859, logs with bark on them still hold part of this side up. This space was a complete disaster, mold, centuries old dust, and allergens galore! "FANTASTIC! Definitely would use again. Steve Spaeth & Bill were a great team. Steve knows his stuff and does a great job of getting insulation added to every corner, even our vaulted ceiling. Despite the high temp of attics in summer and cramped quarters Steve works diligently to pay attention to the details that other contractors ignored, such as venting bathroom fans properly & not blocking air flow through attic vents. Not only will my home be warmer this winter for less, but I also expect an ice dam issue at the front entry to be eliminated. Money not only well spent, but reduction in energy costs will most likely pay for this improvement within a year. BEFORE YOU CALL ANY CONTRACTOR I highly recommend the home owner have an Energy Audit performed by their Gas Supplier (Columbia Gas charges $50, but with discount reduced to $25). When combining Angie's List discount, Columbia Gas rebates to Insulation company & home owner, as well as Federal Tax credit through IRS the bill for adding insulation was reduced by just under $1,000.00 ... AND THEN there will be the monthly reduction in heating/cooling costs. I had to change thermostat by 8 degrees due to house now having less energy loss."

"It went on pretty well. Dave is very nice and patient. He is professional and will explain to you all the issues and provide corresponding suggestions. The report comes out pretty fast. That's why I hired him twice. If next time I need to purchase a house, I will probably hire him again. BTW, the price is very reasonable especially after the 10% coupon."
