Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. "Price and service was great. The moment I put my request in with Home Advisor they contacted me. Very concerned about my request. They came out the next day and put in a new furnace of better quality than my last one for cheaper than 2 other companies quoted for just repairs. The owner himself and 2 technical staff were onsite the entire time. I shopped around and no other company could touch their pricing, quality of product and service. They did a complete removal of old furnace and install of new one in less than 3 hours of arrival.
