"I called Quick Response on the problem and set up an appointment.  As set, Craig called when he was on his way, and was here a few minutes before schedule (which was great).  He determined the problem and went straight to work to fix it---total time was less than 30 minutes.  The door is working fine!  Great job as usual and the price was fair.  He did not try to sell me anything that was not needed like I have experienced from other in the past.   I definitely recommend Quick Response to anyone needing a garage door repair.
