"From initial call for an estimate, home visit with estimator, time frame awaiting service to be done and finally the end result - fantastic.  Attentive appointment maker, knowledgeable estimator, courteous calls to remind of service pending, professional workmanship day of service.  Couldn't have asked for better service.  The best part was our recent rain storms that put our basement to the test 8 months after waterproofing/crack repair.  No water anywhere in the basement.  Thank you Atlas!  We have referred others to your service.

"Luis is very professional, reasonably priced and very educated in his field of work. My job was done in one day and not one piece of debris was left behind. I would so highly recommend this company and will pass along his information to anyone that needs any foundation or waterproofing work done to their home. Im very happy i chose LA basement waterproofing over any "big name" competitors i received bids from, because this company is honest and professional . Thank you Luis for the great work."

"We had our basement waterproofed last year and were very happy. This year's project was adding two support beams. Again, we were very happy with the quality of the work and the people we dealt with. Both Gunnar and his team and Perfecto were skilled, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend."

"Showed up on time, they were quick, clean and so far so good...no more water in my basement."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Real Seal in July 2024. They fixed a bowing foundation and waterproofed the basement for future finishing. Their team was prompt, respectful, organized and thoroughly educated us on the drainage tile system, installation process and prevention. Thank you, Real Seal for being the flawless first step to our dream basement/family space!"

"Excellent company to work with. Starting with the initial call from Marcus, who was also the HVAC technician, I haven't encountered a company in quite a while that handled the complete process of a full home humidifier installation in such a professional manner. Marcus took the time to explain all my options and is extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC trade. During one of our initial conversations I mentioned I needed a kitchen faucet installed also. Marcus contacted their plumber and the entire crew, including Gus the owner, were at my doorstep first thing the next day, 15 minutes earlier than scheduled! Both jobs were performed with excellent results. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any HVAC or plumbing projects. A+"

"I had been having water leakage problems into my lower level family room for quite some time. Real Seal correctly diagnosed the problem, quoted a reasonable price, showed up to perform the work per agreed upon date and fixed it permanently. Even with the wet spring this year, I have not had any further water leakage problem. I highly recommend this company"

"This is a great company to use in making a 141 year old basement waterproof. I look foreward to having a waterproo basemant. Craig was pleasant and went the extra mile to make the experience great."
