"Looks great and a pleasure to work with. very punctual with scheduling."

"Kam worked with us to get the very best for our limited budget. Creatively bringing alternatives to maximize what could be achieved. Kam was constantly in contact so we knew what was planned for the day and the week. Despite being let down by subcontractors over the Christmas period Kam worked hard and provided a recovery. I can't thank him enough for working with us to provide the best value, achieving what we did for the money we had. Great result, thanks Kam."

"The job was well done at least this company did reroof two properties for me and I’ve have also recommended them to others .I can give them an overwhelming excellent recommenendation ."

"Everything went great! I marked a B for price because they are not cheap (also not expensive), but incredible value. I definitely would pay fairly for the great !high quality! work they provide. Whenever I need something (almost anything) done at my house/property, Frank and Jarrad are the first I call. They are a local company of Acreage/Lox residents, who are personable, reachable, timely, professional, and good people. I wish I knew them when I first moved in the area in 2015."

"On time, fair price and great work. Small Jon and treated us like a big remodel."

"Great job - Steve came out and quoted when he said he would, the price was fair, and the work was done very quickly, within 2 weeks. His workers were skilled, showed up every day on time, were courteous, and they all did a great job. I would definitely recommend Steve for any remodeling and repair work!"

"AE BUILDING DESIGN DID A GREAT JOB ON MY PROJECT. (WOOD HALF MOON STEP DOWN STAIR WAS THE PROJECT). THE OWNER CAME TO THE HOUSE AND DEVELOPED A CREATIVE WAY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. WE SET UP A TIME AND HE CAME TO THE HOUSE AND HIS PEOPLE PERMFORMED THE CONSTRUCTION AS DISCUSSED. I AM VERY PLEASE WITH HIS WORK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM."

"We had the pleasure of working with Jason, owner of Caliber Contractors, during a very trying time as it commenced right after the pandemic arose. Jason and his subcontractors (electrical, plumber, demo) all performed above expectations during those trying times. We could not be more pleased with the end result. We will be contacting Jason again as our next project is a master bath remodel. I would highly recommend Jason without hesitation."
